Gema de Pablo González has dedicated her life to transforming the educational field from within, blending psychology, training, and a deep commitment to innovation. A psychologist by training and a Ph.D. in Education from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Gema has specialized in teacher training, bringing her love of learning into every corner of her career. With multiple master’s degrees in executive coaching, gender equality, and educational technologies, she has proven herself a pioneer in creating methodologies that not only teach but inspire real change.
From her early steps in education, Gema understood that true innovation does not lie in technology but in the transformation of minds. For her, each project is an opportunity to help teachers discover their own potential as agents of change. Over the years, she has worked with teachers, families, and students, convinced that the key to a vibrant educational system is training educators who can continually evolve.
She is a founding partner of Jaitek, Tecnología y Formación S.L. since 2000, and has been a trustee of the Siglo22 Foundation since 2010, both organizations dedicated to innovation in education and gender equality. She has also participated in Erasmus+ projects and served as a trainer and professor in various master’s programs specializing in education, technology, and innovative methodologies.
But beyond her impressive resume, what defines Gema is her passion for making education a space of constant evolution. In every training session, she strives to plant the seed of lasting change, championing processes that create a profound impact on those who teach and learn.
