What the ProFuturo 2024 survey reveals: more motivated teachers and more attentive students

The annual ProFuturo survey was conducted in the third quarter of last year. More than 10,000 teachers, 80,000 students and 287 coaches participated.

The annual ProFuturo survey was conducted in the third quarter of last year. In total, more than 10,000 teachers, 80,000 students and 287 coaches participated. The results obtained have been very positive, as both students and teachers value the programme as a tool to motivate school attendance. In addition, certain indicators related to teacher training and the level of teacher involvement stand out in particular. Here are some of the conclusions drawn from the survey:

78% of teachers report an improvement in their students’ digital skills and 77% in their curricular skills.

90% of students acknowledge greater motivation to attend school.

83% of teachers report a reduction in school absenteeism.

91% of students acknowledge an improvement in their learning experience with the programme.

95% of students acknowledge an increase in their effort with the programme.

97% of teachers perceive that the use of technology improves learning.

84% of teachers say that student attention and discipline in class has improved. The same percentage are satisfied with the training they have received.

80% of teachers report having improved their digital skills and 78% their methodological skills.

80% of teachers have modified their educational activities with technology and digital resources.

82% of teachers report an improvement in their motivation to perform their educational work.
