What’s #hack4edu?
#hack4edu is a virtual hackathon organised by ProFuturo, the Pontifical University of Salamanca and Telefónica University Chairs. Its aim is to improve the digital education of people living in vulnerable contexts. Students from different universities in Latin America and Spain take part in it by addressing issues and proposing technological solutions related to the challenges posed by digital education.
What will your mission be?
Your mission will be to propose challenges to resolve the use of artificial intelligence in education. These projects will then be tackled by students from the different participating universities. Your cooperation is essential, given that, with your professional experience, you’ll broaden the vision of the event, providing an external perspective and contributing to the provision of viable and realistic proposals.
When does it take place and what’s the deadline?
The hackathon will be held in a hybrid format between 24 and 27 October, so the deadline stipulated for submitting challenges is 19 October.
What do you need to take part?
A title for the challenge with a brief description of the problem to be solved, attaching a video or reference in the proposed format to serve as support for the team involved in the project.
