Adebe Estones, born and raised in the rural setting of Kakamega, Western Kenya, has dedicated his life to facilitating community development and driving positive social change. From humble beginnings, his journey reflects a deep commitment to education, family, and the well-being of his community.

His early life in the countryside instilled in him values of hard work, perseverance, and community connection. This background has profoundly influenced his professional path, where he has become a highly qualified community development facilitator. Adebe’s career is marked by extensive experience in programming, project management, and implementing donor-funded initiatives with international organizations such as the EU, USAID, and PEPFAR.

Holding a Master’s degree in Social Transformation and a Bachelor’s in Child and Youth Development, Adebe is also equipped with a diploma in Community Development. His roles have spanned from being a Teaching Coordinator at the Don Bosco Development Outreach Network to overseeing monitoring and evaluation at the Apostles of Jesus in Kenya. His leadership in developing child safeguarding manuals and establishing development offices for various organizations highlights his impact.

Adebe’s significant achievements include leading the creation of a Child Safeguarding and Protection training manual for the Salesians of Eastern Africa and contributing to the curriculum at Tangaza University. He has secured new funding for numerous projects and developed frameworks for effective program monitoring and evaluation.
