José Sánchez García is a researcher, educator, and explorer of the human mind, with a career that bridges seemingly unrelated disciplines such as engineering, biotechnology, and psychology, as well as personal development practices like meditation and martial arts. He currently teaches psychology at the university level, dedicating his life to the study of the brain and human behaviour through an integrative, multidisciplinary approach.
Starting his academic journey in industrial engineering, José discovered an uncommon passion: understanding the human mind both from an internal perspective, through meditation, and an external one, via scientific knowledge. This curiosity led him to pursue studies in biotechnology, exploring the biological foundations of life, and eventually to complete a doctorate in psychology, which became his primary area of expertise.
