ProFuturo adapts to a wide range of situations, whether in schools with or without internet access. For this reason, it operates in both online and offline modes, ensuring access to the same content and learning tools, thereby bridging the digital and educational divide.
The platform features content and activities organized by subject area, grade level, and educational objectives, including visual explanations, interactive activities, hands-on exercises, review materials, and guidance.
These resources help teachers plan lessons, select appropriate content, and monitor their students more effectively. At the same time, students learn more actively and progress at their own pace.
Integrated into daily classroom practice, they help enrich teaching and create more personalized, motivating, and effective learning experiences.
Teacher training and support
Teacher training is a fundamental pillar of ProFuturo. Through courses, resources, and tools tailored to each context, teachers strengthen their digital and pedagogical skills and learn to integrate technology into their teaching practices. Training can take place in person, remotely, or through a blended approach, via guided or self-paced learning paths.
This process is complemented by the ongoing support of a network of coaches—leading professionals with knowledge of the local context who support schools and teachers during the implementation of the solution, assisting with resource selection, troubleshooting, and the effective use of technology in the classroom.
Thanks to this training and support, thousands of teachers have found new ways to enrich their teaching practices, integrate technology in a pedagogically meaningful way, and better meet the needs of their students.
In this way, ProFuturo does more than just provide platforms, content, or devices. It supports teachers so they can use these resources with a clear pedagogical purpose: to explain concepts more effectively, propose hands-on activities, reinforce learning, accommodate different learning paces, and identify students’ difficulties.
AI with a Purpose
At ProFuturo, we view AI as a tool that serves people and education. That is why its use is guided by clear ethical principles: transparency, data protection, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Our goal is not to incorporate technology for its own sake, but to harness its potential to improve learning and expand educational opportunities in vulnerable contexts.
AI does not replace teachers; it expands their ability to teach, support, and respond to the needs of each student. That is why we promote training in AI applied to education through a program offering more than 120 hours of specialized content, in addition to courses, workshops, and learning communities.
We also integrate AI-based solutions into our educational ecosystem to enhance the experience for teachers and students. One example is DORA, ProFuturo’s virtual assistant, designed to facilitate access to resources, content, and pedagogical guidance.
For ProFuturo, AI is part of a long-term strategic vision: to innovate with rigor and purpose to contribute to a more inclusive, high-quality education system that offers opportunities for all.
