#Hack4edu is an international hackathon of educational innovation with technology, organised by ProFuturo, the Pontifical University of Salamanca and Telefónica Chairs. The aim is to improve digital education in vulnerable contexts by solving technological challenges related to artificial intelligence in education. Students from various universities in Latin America and Spain participate, proposing and developing innovative solutions.
What will your mission be?
Your mission will be to propose challenges that artificial intelligence can solve in the field of education. These projects will then be tackled by students from the various participating universities. Your professional experience is key to enriching the event, offering an outsider’s perspective and contributing to viable and realistic solutions.
When will it be held and what are the deadlines?
The 5th edition of #hack4edu will take place from 21 to 25 October 2024, in hybrid mode. The presentation will take place on 13 August at the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas in Colombia, with live streaming on our social media channels.
Registration deadline: from 13 August to 15 October for universities; until 18 October for students.
Challenge submission form: available from 20 August to 18 October 2024.
Awards and final presentation of projects: 25 October 2024.
What do you need to take part?
Provide a title for the challenge and a brief description of the problem to be solved. Include in the form a video or reference to support the team that will tackle the project.
