This is where microlearning comes in, an innovative methodology that has become a key tool for educators’ professional development. With short, specific modules that can be completed anytime, anywhere, microlearning allows teachers to acquire key knowledge without compromising their time in the classroom. In addition, the use of technologies such as educational applications, short videos and SMS messages facilitates continuous, flexible and accessible training for all teachers, regardless of their time or context constraints.

Traditional education faces profound challenges in a technology-driven world. However, artificial intelligence is emerging as a disruptive tool, which can redefine and transform the educational landscape. This article looks at how AI can make education more inclusive, personalised, and human, enabling more students, regardless of their context, to have access to quality teaching. During the TELOS 2024 Forum, key figures from the educational and technological fields discussed the impact of AI and how it can help create a more equitable education system, where each student is seen and served according to their needs.
