This is what the #RaceProFuture 2022 was like

The 6th edition of the #CarreraProFuturo returned to the streets of Madrid on 3 April. With record participation, more than 1,000 people came together in a morning full of sport and solidarity. In total, more than €19,000 was raised for our educational programme.

The VI of our #RunForFutureRun brought together more than 1,000 participants on Sunday 3 April in the streets of central Madrid. With record participation in the second face-to-face event after the pandemic, a total of more than €19,000 was raised for our digital education programme.

The winners of this new edition were Cristian Martínez (18:05) in the men’s category and Francisca Marisol (21:12) in the women’s category. Miguel del Pozo (18:06) and Sergio Salinero (18:17) were second and third in the men’s category and María Freitas (22:32) and Susana Sánchez (22:38) in the women’s category.

Athletes such as Chema Martínez and Martín Fiz joined our annual meeting to continue adding kilometres for education. It is worth remembering that Chema, a regular runner in our race and friend of ProFuturo, became this year the protagonist of our #RunnersConCausa initiative, a series of interviews about running and solidarity with distinguished guests.
