Each day, ProFuturo attempts to reach conflict zones and areas with difficult access with the firm aim of ensuring that children in all parts of the world have access to high-quality digital education. To do so, its global implementation follows a careful preparation, diagnosis, accompaniment, follow-up and remote support protocol in each of the countries in which it operates.

 1. Formal preparation
Agreements are established with central and regional Ministries and other relevant agents with local presence and knowledge of the communities.

2. Diagnosis and formulation in the field
A feasibility study is conducted and each project is formulated in accordance with the needs identified.

 3. Training
The training is performed upon the basis of the prior diagnosis conducted.

4. Remote support and accompaniment
Local and virtual accompaniment work is performed to attend to the needs which arise and to provide ongoing support.

5. Monitoring and measurement
Constant monitoring of the progress of the projects is carried out in order to measure the results and to carry out initiatives for continuous improvement.

6. Technical and pedagogical assistance
On-site and virtual accompaniment is provided in order to attend to and provide technical and pedagogical support for all the agents involved in the project.

The two institutions which support this project, Fundación Telefónica and the “La Caixa” Banking Foundation, are leaders in their social work in the field of education, cooperating altruistically to improve education in the world in the short and mid terms.
