Digital education in public policy

“Latin America needs not to lose the momentum of recent years, where education has become a top issue on the agenda”. The then Minister of Education of Colombia, María Victoria Angulo, and the Managing Director of ProFuturo, Magdalena Brier, spoke to the Observatory about some of the key issues that should shape the future of digital education in Latin American public policies.
